Posteriormente nos pondremos en contacto con Ud. para planificar el punto de encuentro y la hora de su llegada. Le estaremos esperando para entregarle las llaves, firmar el contrato y el inventario y facilitarle información sobre el uso del apartamento. En ese momento deberá abonar, en efectivo, el resto del importe de su estancia, más una fianza que le será devuelta a la salida. De anularse su llegada se perderá el importe de la reserva y los derechos sobre la misma.

Normalmente la hora de llegada se establece entre las 15 y las 20 horas. La hora de salida del apartamento se efectuará antes de las 12 horas y en ese momento estaremos allí para recoger las llaves y devolver la fianza, tras comprobar que no existan desperfectos ocasionados durante su estancia.

El apartamento lo encontrará, a su entrada, limpio y ordenado y se espera que a su salida quede en condiciones aceptables. No se podrá hacer ninguna actividad que pueda molestar o alterar la normal convivencia de los vecinos.
